Tamil Nadu Eyal Isai Nataka Manram is implementing the scheme of conferring State level  'Kalaimamani' awards to the artistes for their yeomen service in the field of arts and  three All India level awards each carrying one lakh Rupees for the artistes who have served for the cause of development  in the field of Literature, Music and Dance Arts  are given in the name of 'Bharathi', 'M.S. Subbulakshmi' and 'Balasaraswathi.
