A registered folk artiste member who has renewed his / her membership properly, a sum of Rs.5,000/- is provided as assistance to meet the marriage expenses of the Folk artiste / Son / Daughter (only two times). To avail this, the registered member has to submit the application form along with copy of Identity card, Marriage Invitation, Photos of couple taken during marriage, a certificate issued by the Village Administrative Officer stating that the member has not availed this benefit from any other scheme .
A registered folk artiste member who has renewed his / her membership properly, a maximum amount of Rs.1,500/- for spectacles (once in every three years) are being given to the registered members. To avail this, the registered member has to submit the copy of Identity card, Original receipt for purchase of Spectacles, Xerox copy of Eye Doctor’s prescription along with the application form .
If a registered folk artiste member who has renewed his / her membership properly, dies naturally, a sum of Rs,20,000/- as family assistance and a sum of Rs.5,000/- to meet the funeral expenses, totally a sum of Rs.25,000/- will be paid to his / her nominee. To avail this, the nominee of the registered member has to submit original Identity Card, Death Certificate, Legalheir certificate along with the application form .
A registered folk artiste member who has renewed his / her membership properly, Assistance for Education is provided to the son / daughter of registered folk artiste subject to maximum of 2 children starting from class X up to Post Graduate level and Professional courses depending upon the course along with hostel fees. To avail this, the registered member has to submit the copy of Identity card, Bonafide Certificate / Mark Sheet along with the application form
A registered female folk artiste member who has renewed her membership properly, an amount of Rs.6,000/- will be provided towards delivery expenses for maximum 2 children. To avail this, the registered female folk artiste member has to submit the copy of Identity card, Medical Report for Delivery of Child (Admission and Discharge summary), Birth Certificate of child along with the application form .
A registered female folk artiste member who has renewed her membership properly, an amount of Rs.3,000/- will be provided towards hospital expenses for Miscarriage / Termination of pregnancy for maximum 2 times. To avail this, the registered female folk artiste member has to submit the copy of Identity card, Medical Report for Miscarriage / Termination of Pregnancy along with the application form .
If a registered folk artiste who has renewed his / her membership properly, died in an accident, a sum of Rs,1,00,000/- will be paid as Accidental Death Financial Assistance to his / her nominee. To avail this, the nominee of the registered folk artiste has to submit original Identity card, Medical Report of Doctor, Death Certificate, Legalheir certificate along with the application form .
